Return Policy
Due to the made-to-order nature of all products in our shop, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons other than verified defects. We kindly ask that you carefully review size charts and item descriptions before purchasing to ensure your item meets your expectations.
If your item arrives with a verified defect, you may request a return within 30 days by following this process:
- Contact us at ali@prettysweetacres.com with a description of the issue.
- Include a clear photo of the defect for our review.
- Wait for our team to review and approve your return request.
If your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your item back. Please note that returns are only accepted for defective items and must adhere to this policy. Clearance items, final sale items, and items showing visible wear are not eligible for return.
Damages and Issues
If your order arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately so we can assess the issue and make it right.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you of our decision. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 15 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
